Biography:
Andrej Kos graduated from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, in 1996 and was awarded his M.Sc. degree in the field of telecommunications in 1999. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Ljubljana in 2003. At present he is employed as a Teaching assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Ljubljana. He has extensive research and industrial experience in the analysis, modelling, and design of advanced telecommunications elements, networks, and systems. His current work and research focuses on next generation packet switching and management. His other fields of expertise include mobile communications and intelligent networks. He is a member of the IEEE, Telemanagement Forum, and IEICE.
